Hometown ADvantage Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in Hometown Advantage, you agree to the following terms.

Program Overview

Hometown Advantage is a mentorship program designed to help local business owners learn how to run profitable Facebook and Instagram ads.

Enrollment includes:

  • Access to the Hometown Advantage course curriculum

  • A minimum of 12 live coaching calls during the 4-month mentorship period

  • Access to the program community and communication channels

  • Support and guidance related to implementing the program strategies

The mentorship portion of the program lasts four (4) months from the date of enrollment.

Participants will retain access to the course materials for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of purchase, but longer as long as the program is running.

Nicole Eldridge Media reserves the right to update, improve, or modify the program content and delivery as the program evolves.

Participant Responsibilities

Results inside the program depend heavily on participant implementation.

By enrolling in Hometown Advantage, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:

  • Attending coaching calls when possible

  • Joining and participating in the designated communication channels

  • Watching the course materials

  • Implementing the strategies taught inside the program

Nicole Eldridge Media cannot guarantee specific business results.

Payment Terms

Participants may enroll using one of the available payment options, including:

  • Pay in full

  • A 4-month payment plan, or

  • A 6-month payment plan

By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments associated with your selected payment plan.

Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once enrolled.

Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program and collection of the remaining balance.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails:

  1. You will be notified via email.

  2. You will have three (3) days to update your payment method.

If payment is not corrected within that timeframe, your access to:

  • the course portal

  • coaching calls

  • mentorship support

  • community spaces

may be temporarily suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to proprietary materials:

All sales are final.

There are no refunds for any reason.

Intellectual Property

All program materials are the intellectual property of Nicole Eldridge Media.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • trainings

  • frameworks

  • templates

  • slides

  • worksheets

  • videos

  • written materials

These materials are provided for your personal business use only.

Participants may not:

  • copy

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • share

  • teach

  • sell

  • or repurpose program materials

without written permission from Nicole Eldridge Media.

Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

Community Guidelines

Hometown Advantage is designed to be a supportive learning environment.

Participants agree to maintain respectful and professional behavior inside:

  • coaching calls

  • community spaces

  • communication channels

Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or misuse of the community may result in removal from the program without refund.

Advertising Spend Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for their own advertising spend and marketing decisions.

Nicole Eldridge Media is not responsible for advertising costs, losses, or financial outcomes related to implementing the strategies taught inside the program.

Results Disclaimer

While the strategies taught inside Hometown Advantage have helped many businesses generate leads, sales, and growth through advertising, individual results will vary.

Results depend on many factors, including but not limited to:

  • business model

  • industry

  • market conditions

  • offer strength

  • ad spend

  • implementation

Nicole Eldridge Media does not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes.

Testimonials & Marketing Use

Participants may choose to share results, testimonials, screenshots, or feedback related to their experience in the program.

Nicole Eldridge Media may use these results for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

However:

  • A participant’s full name, likeness, or identifiable business information will only be used if permission is granted through the program onboarding form or written consent.

Anonymous results or generalized examples may still be shared for educational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Nicole Eldridge Media shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, business losses, or outcomes resulting from participation in the program or implementation of strategies taught within it.

Participants assume full responsibility for their business decisions and actions.
